all orders are dispatched between 1 and 2 business days.

in australia: we offer a flat shipping rate of $16 per order. we use australia post parcel service. 

international orders: for parcels up to 5kg we offer a flat shipping rate of $50. parcels over 5kg will be calculated individually. parcels are sent using australia post parcel service.

we despatch our goods from two warehouse locations, one located in Melbourne and the other in Hong Kong. This can lead to your order arriving in two seperate deliveries.

 please note due to Covid and the minimal flights circulating, delivery timeframes are longer than usual.
